Cheeky Concrete is the main exhibition of the annual urban art festival Loving Art. Making Art. Curated by Hila Cohen-Schneiderman, the multidisciplinary events wish to reflect on the national and aesthetic values of the brutalist buildings. The chosen sites are located in the area of Beit Ariela Library and the Kirya government center and IDF base.
